This particular closer was removed from a Boston MA church in 1987 during renovations, ‎and was gifted to the Norton factory in 2002. ‎

ElectroLynx hinges feature concealed plug connectors transfer power from the incoming ‎source through to the electrified hardware. They eliminate the need for separate or ‎exposed wiring, make installation quick and simple, and brass eyelets add protection and ‎durability.‎

The MK100 and MK100ME are concealed hinges for wood or hollow metal doors with a 1-‎‎3/8″ minimum thickness, are non-handed and include magnetic covers. MK100 is ‎corrosion-resistant, while the MK100ME is electrified. The electrification allows for a ‎constant flow of current from a power source through the hinge to electrified door ‎hardware, including locks, strikes, and exit devices.‎
